Some of my most vivid childhood memories are playing with my cousins in my grandmother’s garden. She has since passed away, but I have kept her close to me by planting some of her flowers in my own garden. Friends and other family members have given me flowers to plant as well. As a result, my garden has become a special “scrapbook of petals” from the past.
